This festival has been so unlucky its entire existence. The only time they got through the whole thing successfully was the one year it wasn't in VA.

2019: First day canceled
2020: Canceled (COVID)
2021: No Fest (COVID)
2022: Moved to DC due to gripes with VA Beach
2023: Weather delays and 3rd day canceled

April really isn't the time for this tho they should try the summer
