Ps3 and 360 Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2 HD ports were made a long time ago. Thats why I said full remake. They were weak "HD" ports but nonetheless just making the graphics a little bit better for another HD port is pointless. Its better to just go full remake for it.
