However, on a full body of project, he's been using a cookie cutter formula since IYRTITL. Stretched out, bloated and messy concepts that make it a chore to get through.
If you read my last statement you'd realize that I get his position and even though it'd be incredible for him to really surprise the public, he's walking a tight rope.

Would like him to explore the subject matter and sound of something like Vital. I think it's mature, fresh and a different style of approaching his status in the industry.

seems like we are getting more poppy/catchy production. Maybe we get the r&b/hiphop focused album with a writing theme of loverboy if we go off just the title and what we've gotten it so far. Sorta like a love below by 3k/outkast

I think it's going to sound like LNCL + Toosie Slide - kinda upbeat melodic synthy backing - Not Around + Lotta 42 can loosely fit this as well.

I personally think Toosie was going to be the first single for the album and Chicago + When to Say When weren't going to hit streaming, but when Toosie didn't take off like he thought it would combined with the leak situation he decided to put em all out on a tape and get some more time for the album.

But I'm just speculating.

on the last albums, ESPECIALLY SCORPION, he sounded monotonous and lacked some energy

the last releases he used his voice in more interesting ways, like Greece with the high pitch, Laugh Now sometimes too, Oprah's Bank he experimented a more autotune oriented flow, Pain 1993 and Not Around that smooth voice/flow... you know what I'm saying?
