The only thing about 13 Songs I was disappointed in was the Criminal and Vanilla Sky songs not making the album.

@Shinj I read on Reddit that supposedly City Morgue/Hikari Ultra's deal with the major label, Uni Republic is supposedly ending this year. And that a new CM album is dropping later this year, along with some type of new Zilla project.

Not sure if entirely true, but if they end up going indie after building that fanbase, it may work wonders for them. Get some Empire distro and they're set. Plus they wouldn't have to censor certain s*** then

So far its been confirmed that the Spider Legz video dropping the same day as the 2H2D deluxe. Sos confirmed with a fan in the dm's that the songs going through clearance and that there was an issue with one song, but its been fixed. Said he'll announce "any day now".

Anyone listen to the new Morgue album ? I know we don’t have an official thread on here and just have this and Zilla’s thread. At first I thought it was kinda eh but it’s actually pretty good after sitting with it. I really hope this isn’t it for them and it’s just the end of this horrible label situation

it was cool but they f***ed up this rollout, i thought the last city morgue album was supposed to be their last one and get them out of their deal but apparently this new one actually is?

Apparently this was actually the last project they owed their label and it got pushed back forever cus they ended up having to do another tour after their “final” one which is the one they’re on now. I feel like they didn’t have a chance to cement their peak era cus the label bs has been going on since before Toxic Boogaloo. I like both of their solo stuff alot too so I think they just need time to create on their own without label involvement cus they still f*** w each other either way
