At around 1:00 AM on the 4th, a resolution demanding the lifting of martial law was tabled and passed with the unanimous approval of all 190 members present. Before tabled the resolution, Speaker Woo Won-sik stated, “There is a mandatory provision that states that the National Assembly must be notified without delay when martial law is declared, but no notification was made. I guess I dont know what youre saying. who's sponsoring what? the US was already involved in propping up Yoon as a "centrist" figure. that Koreans didn't go for it and fought against another military dictatorship isn't something the US can control.
