???
I think its so dope that Peter actually beat Strange in a fight one on one. AND he did it in the mirror dimension, s*** is impressive AF.
Put some respect on Holland's name
Iron Boy who ???
Andrews Spider-Man is older too and still had a ton of charisma
I know the og Spider-Man have a ton of nostalgia for all of us but it’s okay to see it’s obvious Tobey didn’t really try in this movie
no you just don’t know what nuance is. how did you expect a 40yo version of Tobey’s Peter Parker to act?
I think people also forget that Andrew’s Peter is technically supposed to be closer in age and experience to Holland’s Peter than he is to Tobey’s

Mfs in here don’t wanna see him win
Bro she was a horrible human being
gaslit my mans the whole trilogy
she wasn’t that bad in the first one tbh
but afterwards yeah. she’s deadass the worst part of the second movie. like how do you have a whole fiancé but still expecting Peter to act like your bf?
I don’t know if this is a controversial take or what, but I REALLY like Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane. I like the actress, I like the character.
I love her in the first one. afterwards, it’s eh
but yeah the actress is hella underrated to me. she’s been in so many classics and understood the assignment every single time

nah tobey was gaslighting her ass like hell in that second movie lmaoooo
rejected her in the end of the first movie
man kept saying ima come to your play, doesn't come
then gives up being spiderman and asks for a second chance, says he's not an empty seat anymore and wants her to leave her fiance for him
she says no cause she gave up and moved on, but realized her fiance isn't hitting it like tobey could
says she wants to pursue a relationship with tobey, and he says "...maybe I rushed into things"
dumbest take
Tobey was amazing in this
Everyone did their thing acting wise
MFs just don’t wanna give a superhero movie it’s credit

I love her.
there's actually a lot of nuance to her performance and I like that her character has goals in life outside being the love interest.
the movies are just from peter's pov so she seems like a b**** but they're both bad for each other and perfect for each other at the same time
this thread dead but I'm still obsessing over this movie need to talk to more people about this s***
my biggest problem w this movie was just how f***ing dumb tom Holland Peter Parker was.
the whole “he’s just a kid making mistakes” thing doesn’t really work when dude is 18 and tryna get into MIT. dumb ppl don’t even try to apply to MIT.
bro really broke out and walked a group of villains into his home like the f*** did you think was gonna happen

yeah you’re right. I would say they’re both in the wrong. Her real victim was poor John Jameson
but MJ just lacks the ability to take responsibility for her actions in a way that really rubs me the wrong way. she hops from dude to dude in all 3 movies and constantly lashes out at them for being unable to satisfy her instead of looking within to figure out her real problems
I realized recently that watching Peter simp over her like that all those times as a child really influenced my interactions with women later on in life. and not in a good way lmao

This. A lot of logical gaps by the characters which understandably had to happen to move the plot forward. But it's hella frustrating to watch. My homie and I were deadass sitting in the cinema like "Just push the f***ing button on that box already
"
One of the most powerful Avengers, but can't handle a little chitter chatter while casting a spell
And he could've just cast the spell Peter wanted at the end
Peter wasn't distracting him anymore and he had time to perfectly cast the spell. There's no reason for Ned and MJ to forget him
They really just threw that Daredevil scene in there though
And then didn't address it again at all throughout the rest of the movie
Would've hit a lot harder if I didn't watch Hawkeye tbh
What y’all think of the I’m something of a scientist myself line?
I didn’t even know that s*** was a meme tbh
I’ve seen SM1 hundreds of times so I instantly remembered the line when he said it but the applause kind of had me confused lol

bruh he rejected her to be a hero, she got a man and then made him admit his feelings for her just to tell him she's engaged.
Nigga was busy af in SM 2 being Doc Ock's apprentice, delivering Pizzas, helping Aunt May with money troubles WHILE saving the city
@Warren_Peace I'm buggin?? lol

Did Tobey and Andrew do the Spiderman point meme when they first met?
And why did it seem like they recognize each other

Nah I think Strange said he couldn't cast the spell at the end cuz too many people were trying to enter through the multi-verse at once or some s***.
But other than that yea Strange was taking a whole bunch of Ls this movie. I'm really mad they tried to convince me ASM1 Lizard got the drop on him
