Avenger is basically dead anyway. I'm willing to bet Iron Man will make a return 4-5 movies down the line and that will be Toms send off. Then the MCU will transition into X Men, mutants and Fanstsatic Four

Ima need to rewatch both but personally I might say Spiderman NWH > Spiderman 2 I know this might be unfathomable blasphemy to some people because Spiderman 2 is up there with TDK when it comes to most loved CBMs but I really enjoyed this movie

I totally get you. Was lowkey having a weird moment realizing this when Andrew and Toby appeared and people in my cinema started gasping and clapping. And the one shot with all 3 Spidermen vs the villains on the statue. Almost like they're just going through the motions of what this movie is expected to be after all these Spiderman films and Into the Spiderverse dropped

Aunt May death caught me off guard and I lowkey thought Tobey might die But other than that, it feels a little uninspired and safe. Again, Ima need to rewatch Spiderman 2 and see how I personally feel about the dated technology and campiness vs formulaic MCU blockbuster and puzzling decisions made by the characters
