ThomForkHonestly, my biggest issue with the film stems from the fact that Sandman knows Goblin died from his own glider and that Octavius knows Osborn is Goblin.
There's no conceivable way either of them would know that. Sandman/Octavius would know Osborn was "killed" by Spider-Man, Sandman would know Octavius dies. But not the details of Osborn's identity or that he was pierced by his own glider.
EDIT: Even if you say Octavius was "in the know" in Oscorp and could deduce the identity of the Goblin, there's no way Sandman would know about Goblin's glider.
I mean didn’t one of them say there was news reports after Goblins death that revealed all this to the public? Either way that would be my assumption for how Sandman knew the details, same for doc oc
Idk only seen the movie once but tbh the biggest plot hole is Electro and I just decided to ignore it lmao

Yes. The only news reports that were around were about how Spider-Man may have murdered Norman Osborn. So it makes sense that Octavius and Sandman know Osborn is dead, but neither of them would know Osborn is the Goblin or that he died from his own glider.
