Spidey fandom could learn from this
😄
He is in the film???
stuff like this might make me hate no way home years down the line

Blame Into the Spiderverse for getting it right first
I know you're being sarcastic but isn't this essentially what would have happened especially with Doc Ock
Yea, I was only being half sarcastic. That is basically the outcome. They are cured of their villainy and theoretically their universes are now altered.
The confusing part to me is that the villains got pulled out right before they died, but the Peters got pulled out in present day, as older guys. Therefore I don’t think the villains in the Peters’ universes are changed since their pasts are already written. Even tho Peter knows and fought electro (for example), the electro pulled into NWH was from years ago, thus when he is sent back it creates a new time branch. When Garfield is sent back, his fight with electro from the old days is unchanged. What happened happened. But the villains sent back get new time branches.

don’t care gimme the chaos
someone was really sitting next to tobey shouting when he came thru the portal not realizing he was sitting next to him
crazy
Just saw this.
What an insanely mid movie. My GOD.
This was literally carried so hard by the giants of the past.
I thought the story would be better this time around but again, it falls short.
The acting caliber difference is astounding. Watching Andrew just shows how not up to par Tom is. Or rather, his writing sucks.
The Matt cameo was pretty dumb. Just felt Like they threw him in there for the moment n not for any sort of legitimate story design.
Zendayas mj....Holy sh*t....idk how they did it but they somehow made a character we know very little about who was a bit quirky and made her into a stereotypical teen who's only defining trait is that she dates spiderman n her secondary trait is "college is coming". They never knew what to do with her. How does Ned have more development than her?? Lol legit laughable.
It 100% feels like toms spidey went through more challenging experiences in homecoming than in this one. It also shows how not impressive his villains have been.
They BARELY focus on the publics response to spiderman. Showing someone throw something at him and a protest at his school. Wow. Wonderful commentary.
Also all the Dr. Strange scenes felt...off...weird. like...him n Tom have zero chemistry. Their lines especially at the end felt so forced. N I don't even wanna talk about that garbage post credits scene lol. It was full mask off finally.
The only thing that made this movie work was the action set pieces and looking towards the past to carry this franchise. Thank God for Andrew n Tom's chemistry and Defoe and Molina with the acting power.
Damn this was supremely disappointing.

Really interesting to think about
Now that I think about it it would have been cool if they had added in some re-shot scenes to show how the new scenarios played out
Also why did sandman help Peter when he came out but doc oc couldn't remember his HUGE change of heart like 4 minutes before he died?
And what happens to the healed ones when they go back? Does Toby's spidey die cuz he got stabbed with an incredibly huge blade?
Guess what? The movie said f*ck you, it doesn't matter!!

movie had so many plotholes lmao
movie had so many plotholes lmao
So many! And so many unfinished threads. Is Ned now a better sorcerer than Dr. Strange?? (Not better but u know what I'm sayin)

right??? I thought the way they brought in garfield and maguire was so lazy. Ned suddenly masters an ability that took Strange years to do in minutes. And coincidentally, he opens up a portal to both their dimensions. Also rings allow users to open portals to other dimensions? lmao s*** is a mess on paper
