it doesn't feel like a complete story tbh hated the stopping point

This movie was amazing. So many little details between animation, quotes and bits, and other Spiderman media references.

Also the Metro Boomin Spiderman.

The only off-putting thing about these movies for me are the dialogues i feel like they're trying too hard with the sarcasm and the wittiness.

Bro they get going on their phone. Talking to eachother about the movie and s***. There wes 0 silence. I heard basically nothing

People are spoiled by everything being self contained these days. Superhero comic writing has always been serialized and the way it was done here did a fantastic job of building excitement for the next 2 hour plus story they'll be giving us in 10 months.

The writing and pacing was top notch and as someone who has been watching superhero stories their whole life, it felt like a natural stopping point for a film in the genre.

I am glad we only have to wait 10 months for the next part though.

Almost every other 2 parter movies the first part ends up underwhelming cause they’re saving up the good s*** for the second one, this feels like a rare one where it almost feels like how great this one is it’s wild that a second part is coming out in less then a year and is expected to be just as good if not even better. Also has one of the most satisfying cliffhangers, s*** is telling when we just had Fast X end on one of the worst cliffhangers ever just a month ago

Why folks act like they only found out this is the part 1 film?

This was a beautiful movie

For a movie that’s virtually missing a third act the pacing is insane. The time flies by in the movie. I’m glad I wasn’t at one of the crazy fan screenings as it would suck to not hear any of the dialogue. The world and visuals are insane.

Exactly how I feel…kinda confusing especially to casual audiences

Why should it be a complete story it’s part of a trilogy

Agreed about the vocal mixes. Was kinda hard to catch certain things that were said

Having Kaluuya be a mumbly character (great choice in itself) when he’s already mumbly and having tons of sound editing in the middle of dialogue should’ve warranted a closer look at mixing

This is the Best comic book movie ever next to the Batman and TDK for me. Just amazing from start to finish. The visuals, storytelling, action, score. Everything is perfect.

That is literally Spider-Man’s character lol, he’s a big smart ass who quips all the time.

The first 15 mins of Gwen Stacy in her universe is some of the best art in a mainstream animation movie I’ve ever seen that s*** was beautiful.
