He’s Puerto Rican as well…honestly tho I don’t think it matters. Black people (more specifically the women) have this weird thing about men dating other black women or else you are looked down upon, especially if it’s a white women. It really doesn’t matter lol. People be doing too much when it comes to relationships about fictional characters.

There’s a couple emotional beats. The character development is extremely one dimensional, especially compared to the first Spiderverse

The filmmakers were clearly far more interested in spider man variants and the multiverse than an actual story, which while there is one, it’s one of the most generic coming of age tropes that’s really told in like 30 minutes total of the run time while the rest is comic book references and set ups for the next film

I like how this movie is making some not all but some be honest about the first movie
