May 5, 2022HaroldsChickenI’m confused on how many are not seeing how in so many ways chaos theory was the blueprint level design wise . There is such a thing as too open . Especially if you read the books you get the balance .
1. Spies vs Mercs
2. Coop
3. Single player with multiple ways to approach , smart ai that have names memories
4. Day night and weather cycle possibly even determined on how long it takes you to complete the mission combined with amount of loads quick saves
5. NO MARK AND EXECUTE AT ALL. Not even as a option because design wise it ruined the game made it all action oriented easy button
6. Mainly Night missions for f***s sake. No reason we need a light sensor on our back or “ can this ai see this far” when the power in splinter cell has always come from shooting out lights creating darkness
7. Fail states make it hard like it used to be where if you got a single alarm you would be mad as f*** . The game isn’t supposed to be an easy third person stealth game yet it became one making it genuinely less rewarding
8. There is no reason you should just casually be like “ yeah let me kill everyone possible with the loudest gun “ as a secret agent- May 5, 2022Scatt

Me either lol but it was so fun single player. I honestly though Breakpoint was fun too, but Wildlands was better. Can’t wait to see what they put out next
