Idk how the PC controls are gonna convert to console(I assume they've re-worked the game alot) but in regardless

you can play the first game on steam deck with controller but it’s so weird and hard not on mouse and keyboard

Yea, the og STALKER games are meant for mouse/keyboard. The character your controlling literally has 0 animation in-movement, literally stiff as a board. Game isn't meant for a***og controls, hopefully the remasters address this.
