loved the new episode, i just wish this plot started earlier but it feels like they couldn’t get to this plot too soon cause of stuff that’s going to happen in ahsoka

they should let these shows have their own stories not trying to interconnect everything between the mandoverse (mando, ahsoka, boba and skeleton crew)

i get why they're trying to do it this way, so that when the movie happens all 4 shows characters will team up but i feel like there was a way to do that without hurting the flow and tone of all these shows

It was fan service bullshit in that season. I have no clue why people think it was even a good season. We see no character development from Mando. We see new characters and that stupid green s*** stain being the centre of attention. The show is called MANDALORIAN. Not GROGU. Why is he even in this show still

Honestly the bringing back Grogu is what I’d contribute the shows main problems to in s3. He serves little no purpose to the plot. It’s just product placement to drive toy sales. Just look at people reactions to s3 premiere, a lot of casual Star Wats fans, who only watch The Mandalorian, and no other Star Wars shows, were confused af at Grogu being back with Din. I really do think if Grogu stays with Luke, we get a better focus on Din actually having some agency in the story. Like they could’ve at least have him do a few bounty hunts in one or two episodes this season so we see he has his own thing going on. But he’s just a caretaker to a puppet

Now me personally, I’m alright with them pulling back from Din so he’s not the main protagonist, I’m much more invested in Bo due to TCW and Rebels,

Decent episode. The lore that they’ve established in TCW Mandos still don’t add up lol. Bo was apart of Pre Vizla’s Death Watch, idk why that hasn’t been talked about. Nite Owls were functioning as a sub sect to them, iirc. Hell all of Bo’s Mandos are still wearing Death Watch colors Also wish they would highlight the pacifist sect of Mandalorians, which were led by Bo’s sister the Duchess. They have all this stuff they can build upon and they’re just seemingly ignoring it

Ehh Din was never that compelling to begin with on his own. But I agree he has fallen even more so to the wayside. The show is titled “The Mandalorian” not “Don Djarin”. So in theory any Mandalorian(s) could be the main focus of any given season.
