some minor issues i had
People will hate me for this, but it's The Last Jedi. I know it f***ed everything up by killing off Snoke which lead to "Somehow Palpatine returned", but I thought it was the most interesting and well shot movie.
there's definitely a crowd that loves that movie. i can kinda see it, i personally don't like it
at least it's polarizing & not unanimously bad like The Rise of Skywalker
some minor issues i had
Feels more like an appetizer
Solo still best SW disney movie
let’s not try and rewrite history
legit one of the only star wars movie i dislike

I really liked Solo in theaters but I don’t think I’ve rewatched it since. What didn’t you like about it?
It was a good video game campaign movie
Great vfx and action
No plot whatsoever but really fun time
Im a huge star wars fan
Mostly lucas star wars but filoni gets it right half the time imo
To me This is favreau's best movie since iron man 1 .
Felt like an inconsequential mini season where nothing happens but its super high budget and better than most episodes of the show.
I feel like george lucas would love this movie, which is the highest compliment i could give it.
Im gonna see it again tonight which is rare for me to double dip
I was actually thinking that the movie felt very George Lucas up until that Ludwig hip-hop track lmao
Really encouraging stuff from the director of this movie
Him acting oblivious to the fact disney just wants to w**** out mando n grogu
I will say, it’s super f***ing cool that Brendan Wayne and Lateef Crowder were credited in the opening credits
I don’t watch much Star Wars s*** but I really liked this. Do Star Wars fans always complain this much about the smallest stuff?

I thought this movie was a fun ass time and then I see people nitpicking such small s*** lol. Not sure if it’s cause idk Star Wars lore or what.

Tbh I liked solo. Alot of people s*** on it but I didnt hate it at all
Honestly everything they did outside of the new trilogy was cool with me. They just really f***ed that trilogy up in every way
MY REAL THOUGHTS ON IT:
I watched “Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu”in IMAX. Back in 2019, I had only seen the opening of The “Mandalorian” while examining the LED-shot “virtual production” technology, but this time I had no problem diving in. Action, car chases, close-quarters combat, sword fights, gun battles, death matches, aerial combat, giant monsters, giant mechs. A complete “everything versus everything” showcase. CGI, puppets, special makeup, animatronics, stop motion. Even the behind-the-scenes craftsmanship feels like it has everything packed in. X-Wings, AT-ATs, AT-RTs, speeders, stormtroopers, droids. Nearly every element from across the entire history of the Star Wars saga is in as well. An entertainment spectacle made with craftsmanlike skill by Jon Favreau.
