Ricki ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and I got it for free cause the guy was like “I made you wait for 7 minutes you’re not paying” so I was like chill but he gave me a macchiato instead so I went back inside and exchanged for a caramel ribbon crunch and they made it a venti but left out the crunch part

I agree but the Pumpkin Cold Brew is just ordered nonstop and it gets f***ing tedious. The Honey Citrus Mint is still the absolute worst of the worst though.

Cloud drinks are so bad that when I see that s*** I almost shut down. Thankfully it's barely ordered anymore. But still the Honey Citrus Mint is so bad any time it's ordered during peak I nearly have a f***ing breakdown.
