I thought loading felt a little longer than it should, hopefully they can patch in shorter load times eventually
Any of y’all buy or build a house yet?
Or a ship?
I got like 200000 credits and I haven’t looked into it yet
Im getting a free ship now instead of buying one. Gotta complete a faction storyline
I have a decent amount of money but Im spending thousands every mission on ammo. I seem to be running out constantly

per planet?
the whole leadup to this game i kept dismissing it because it looks awfully devoid of style and everything looks extremely generic compared to their other games but i dont wanna be a hater
how are you guys liking it so far?
Be a hater tbh
per planet?
The video only tested it with New Atlantis but if feels about that long for most planets you land on and maybe 10-15 seconds for interior loading screens

damn now I'm kinda scared to play this
I'm allergic to loading screens
I remember playing skyrim for the first time on xbox 360 and I never went to other rooms of buildings if I knew that it was gonna be a new loading screen
When I replayed it on newer hardware I discovered so many new places that I initially avoided

the more you play the less you notice them tbh plus most elevators and non interior loading screens are almost instant

yeah you need your ass beat and to never play games ever again

i’m on Series S and the loading really isn’t bad at all. very quick. the resolution and frame rate get a lil choppy in crowded areas of cities like New Atlantis, but that’s the biggest issue i’ve encountered in ~10 hours
one thing i miss from past bethesda games is when you loot clothes, the clothes actually come off the person

it's just a game man grow up

sounds way better now
I will look forward to play it
just realized loading screens are a great break to text your loved ones on your phone

Reminds me of how i felt playing Skyrim for the first time . I’m immersed but this game is a step forward in a lot of ways (yeah there’s some issues but the pros are powerful)
I get what reviewers were saying as well . The start of the game is by no means bad but you have to get a feel of the world and how things progress before the possibilities really click for you

me vs loading screen enjoyers let's go

It’s a fun game but there’s pretty much nothing unique about it. The space flight is mostly fake and simulated by hardware tricks

I fight with my d*** out and the pain ain't worth it for most
this game is awesome

it's alright, to me personally bethesda is like the geurilla games of wrpgs, they have their formula that's present in all their titles. it's decent, gameplay elements aren't their strongsuit exactly, but this is probably their best gameplay compared to elder scrolls or fallout.
The spaceship is just a gimmick, they didn't even need to have it in the game. It's essentially a minigame for loading onto other planets, pretty useless.
At the least I think whenever they make a starfield 2 they have potential to really achieve a deeper vision with the better hardware of the future.

If you like Bethesda games, you will like this game a ton. The "space" stuff is really just a backdrop. There's nothing really engaging about doing anything in space in this game. Flying your ship is virtually spinning on a JPEG tile. Think of it more as a Bethesda game where different regions are accessed via map points. If you like Bethesda stuff, it's an easy buy.
