I just wanna know what exactly the artifacts are and who or what built them
not a big fan of the “they were just always here” stuff
There were aliens in fallout no way they don’t put them in starfield
but I don’t want it spoiled if anyone itt finds it

My bet is it’s gonna be a dlc
My big dlc predictions are:
-Something to do with meeting intelligent aliens
-Some kind of alternative or extended ending more starborn lore
-A big Va’Ruun quest (since that doesn’t seem to be in the main game already)
-Something with Mechs. People went crazy when they found out about mechs and have been demanding them to be something you can operate. I think Bethesda will listen with this one
There should be a dlc where you do a quest for the mothership zeta fallout 3 aliens and help them build a space time transportation machine
And at the end they fly into it and crash into the capital wasteland and that’s why there’s a crashed ship in fallout 3
only 1 sleep left
it launches in 3 hours for pc for regular access, unless ur Xbox then idk when but probably soon after right?

it will be 2 or 3 AM over here and I'll just wake up early tomorrow and play it
Can you freely switch between first-person view and third-person view?
yeah, one button switch on the fly
Doing the main quest push today
Just did the neon main quest
So hard resisting all the random quests I’m getting

What's poppin' in space my G?! The planets haven't aligned in my universe yet, meaning I haven't decided to get the game but I hear a lot of buzz surrounding it so I'm just researching a bit. How do you like it so far bro?
Yall coping on the space travel is ass
One of the most amazing things of all time in gaming is No Mans Sky real time space travel (and yes you can upgrade your ship to go really fast too in it). All seamless as well.
Even at its abysmal launch (even tho its way better now) the space travel was truly amazing and a high note.
I have not had a moment blow my mind like that since I was a kid during month 1 of NMS.
That feeling of freedom, scale & realization is unmatched & something I never thought would be an actual thing in games.
Going from space into the atmosphere and landing ALL ON YOUR OWN and then taking off ALL ON YOUR OWN directly into space. Foot to ship then ship to air. Atmosphere changes and everything.
Its so wild & legit beautiful.
If Bethesda would let go of their on life support system they could have done it. An indie game of last gen was able too with an even bigger galaxy. But since theyre still dealing with load transfer & memory logging from 360 and part of og xbox era its not doable for them which is a major missed marked on their end.
Especially since they gimped the NMS mining system too, so its not like theyre blind to it.
Real time space travel is amazing. On top of having faster systems and fsst travel - which again NMS has all 3 and another gigantic space game (i forget its name) just got the update to also do all that last year. You can take 1 ti 2 minutes to get to a planet real time with full boosts - or you can take the legit 20+ hours or whatever of just floating to it - or you can instantly fast teavel right in front of the planet (or directly on if youve been there already).
The tech is possible.

I would literally just spend hours going planet to planet real time agyer picking a random solar system to warp to in NMS and it was amazing.
One of the feel legit "back to kid/childhood" moments I ever had.
And now NMS has legit cities, NPCs, quests & hostile combat too on top of all that.
Of course those systems arent as advanced as a Bethesda or CDPR, but it is possible unlike some of yall suggest. Especially with modern NMS and how much more and compact things it has these days compared to its barebones launch.
Its astonishing and amazing.
S*** would have been so crazy with a "real" AAA game having the real time consistent space Galaxy/system.
NMS and especially the other game even has real time solar system reactions such as the planets orbiting each other, other space occurances such as black holes and whatnot.
Now i dont expect SF to have literally all of that since it also has major RPG systems - but at least give us real time f***ing space lol.
Maybe in part 2 or if a DLC is isolated in a specific galaxy - hopefully.
