Begging for games to be like other games without actually thinking of design choices is how we get so many games that dont work out. Its not d*** riding when I said the same exact thing in Callistto protocol when people were mad at the risk it took. I rather have a game be different try something like a dodge system rather than just "yeah they did it exactly like _". When games emulate each other they lose their own soul

My brother in christ . My first sentence is thats dope for yall but very unnecessary for ME. That is my opinion. I was hyped as f*** for no mans sky when it dropped went to GDC talk for it. Tried it at launch and tried it recently and it doesn't click FOR ME. If y'all love it play it rather than demand other games be it. I apply this to every single game or piece of art really.

Again object permanence on an entire galaxy matters more to me personally than flying in and out of planets.

many of the systems starfield does matter more to me personally than flying in and out of to other planets

If you want space sims and flying focus they exist out there

like forget posting Starfield playtime . If you are going to bring no mans sky up still post your playtime in the game

that is why I am loving it personally its like a good scifi book, twilight zone or black mirror

lol there are a few people on here hating on so many pages or acting like us liking some parts of this means we like all parts of it. Even while we lay out clear constructive criticisms or many knocks at the game. It is what it is.

the discussion around many games this year is so focused on hating it , not playing it, comparing it to something else or doing the "what if they did this instead" rather than accepting and enjoying what it is

this applies to FFXVI, Starfield, Zelda like just miserable discussions around the games at times
