I get dips in Atlantic city as well with 1070ti

but idk how to explain it, 30fps dipping to 20s is nothing to me compared to 60fps dipping to 40, its just way more jarring

idk why the dips dont bother me at all with 30 cap, but I always enjoyed 30fps with controller on graphically intensive games like the witcher 3, even if I can hit 60 most of the time, can’t explain why
