you’ll be fine. i went back at 26 as well. was a good decision for me. 8/10 i was the oldest person in the class for the first year but once i got to senior it was more like 5 times out of 10.

in my state theres multiple big CCs that legit throw you a free degree over the age of like 25

Not exactly in the same boat but I have a few classes where everyone is 18-19 it’s really weird tbh I just get my work done and go home I’ll be done soon

I started college at 19/20 and didn’t even last three weeks

Same with the CCs in my area. Nurses are something that are always in demand and necessary so it definitely makes sense for nursing programs to be more affordable for people.

exactly, Im also in healthcare but very different field, and the entry cost for MA programs is so low plus anyone will get accepted. its one of the most understaffed but massive fields in the country atm with no signs of that slowing down let alone flatlining. similar to nursing, just not as well known

the newer bs degrees for the field are blowing up too, and ive heard theyre very easy to jump into (but idg why anyone would do a bs in this when the actual career requires an ma)
