i have a bicycle and 20 lb weights but never exercised frequently
I usually go too hard and tire myself out. i work from home so I can fit in a 30-45 min exercise or w/e

am 6'4" and skinny but very little muscle mass

just need something to aim for everyday that I can add to or improve upon but that I won't tire myself out and lose momentum

"starting strength" by rippetoe is universally lauded as best starter weight training program

    "couch to 5k" for running/cardio

This. Other than that, I advise you not to go too hard every time because it just brings worse results. For example, benching 40lbs ten times a day is better than doing only 1 rep but its 80lbs.

    True I neglected that

There’s not much you can do with those anyway… I’d recommend OP get to a gym

You're going to need at least 225 lbs and a barbell my man. Your best bet are calisthenics, and I guess you could train arms with the weights you already have. Don't worry about cardio too much if you're skinny.

But I would strongly recommend a gym membership and picking one of these:

    Starting Strength startingstrength.com/get-started/programs

    Stronglifts 5x5 stronglifts.com/5x5

    Greyskull LP i.stack.imgur.com/OUcEY.png

    GZCLP saynotobroscience.com/gzclp-infographic

Just pick anything and stick with it, they all work. I had great results with GZCLP personally.

I would say try to bicycle for an hour 2-3x a week as a super simple way to start. One of the biggest things at the beginning is like you said not trying to do too much and getting burnt out
