Recently bought the education bundle mostly for Final Cut Pro. However I have been increasingly been interested in creating music. I understand the DAW is not the problem. However, I see videos like Kenny on the cave and nick Mira making beats and I am curious how to have a similar productivity in Logic. Also, any beginner tips would be awesome.
I learned how to produce in Logic. It’s a nice intro. Research about Midi, Melodies and Drun patterns. Those are your basics. Once you get those then focus on mixing and EQing and effects and all that. That’s my best advice. Just look up YouTube tutorials
just watch a bunch of videos on youtube and have fun just messing around in it. you'll start to learn the daw hella fast

The only way you can get good at using it is if you use it a lot theres no way around it so use it as much as you can

yea i figured it was more focused on things like that & mastering and like live recording too. i still wanna learn the interface someday tho, just more focused on putting the sounds together at this point

Protools is only needed for certain situations you can mix and master in the daw that you use tbh and you can get the same result
