Something I really like about this show so far, is that death & killing is treated very heavy. Typically in a show covering this subject matter, they’re quick to show bodies dropping. But so far I think there has only been 2 deaths in 4-5 episodes. Makes it carries more weight
Its really just Meech, but like you said, its his first role. Cant be too mad at it. And a few of the minor characters, but again, not a big deal.

I mean yea, but BMF didn’t really have anybody die though lol which is unusual. Even Lamar is still alive. Meech and his fam stayed alive.

More realistic tbh. They show how much heat comes with bodies dropping. Even in this last episode with Lamar dropping the kid, s*** everybody had to stay off the block

I really enjoyed raising kanan, I'd say this is on that level and maybe better

Raising Kanan was way better imo. All these "Power" shows are starting to be the same though, even the ones that aren't part of the Powerverse.

Season was ok thanks to Meech.
Tried to watch the new episode of Tariq's spinoff and I had to quit mid episode. Raising Kanan and Power still his best.
