This is why I kinda hate that this is Kanan's "backstory" because I can't picture the Kanan we've been watching to grow up to be who he is in the OG Power series.

Predicting it now: the cop lady will arrest Marvin for Juke at some point in the series (s2 or s3). Raq will eventually ask Juke to turn on/set up her cop lady friend because she's too good at her job. Juke will do it because Raq raised her.
