So tempted to finally pull the trigger on a Grand Seiko

this Jacques lemans is basically a Reverso on a budget, cost 350$

sad story btw, was he able to repair it?

it's a bit of a ostentatious and visually cool feature, but it's sure not to be very solid with repeated use

he’s dragging his feet on getting it fixed i remember he would just keep flipping it tho like if he didn’t know what to do with his hands or just wanted to pass time he was just flipping that thing. it’s pretty robust he just flipped a hundred times per day probably

pissed i missed that MM6 timex even tho i aint really like digital watches like that

It's an apt comparison insofar as he'd still want a Reverso or a Basculante after buying it and at that point you're just wasting money on the alternative in the long run.
