It’s honestly mind blowing to me that this decade is almost over. Seeing some of these songs on this list from the early ‘10s makes me realize how much music we’ve been blessed with.

It’s like they pick the worst tracks out of these albums. Of course they have to take mainstream success into account but damn

Some of these albums were dismissed as soon to be forgotten when they dropped and here they are on the top 100 list of the decade

To be fair, these are pop culture sites trying to compile a consensus list from their writers. While it would be nice to see more variation at the top of these lists none of them are really gonna include esoteric selections from more niche subgenres.
