I definitely believe so, I loved it cuz i adore character studies but it is objectively on par with the other two quality wise.
This had the best acting also, John Boyega & Steve Touissant are flawless.

Mangrove and Lovers Rock might be maybe cus they premiered at festivals? Idk if they’ll end up being so tho but the others aren’t under current Oscar rules I believe.
I don’t think BBC was submitting to Oscars tho either. It’s gonna end up at the Emmys
