My friend and I have been working pretty quietly on a project for a couple of months that we think can completely reshape the glass industry. Our MVP is almost finished and we are a couple of weeks away from our beta launch of PieceX. PieceX is StockX for bongs but on steroids. To this day, Facebook Groups and Instagram pages is where 90%+ of all secondary glass sales are made. This leaves a ton of room open for scammers and can be pretty intimidating for newer members. PieceX is not just a better looking Facebook Group. In a similar fashion to StockX, sellers list their pieces with an asking price and ship their piece to us. We then clean, photograph, and list their piece. This allows us to give a 100% guarantee a buyer will never be scammed. For each piece that is listed on PieceX, a true value market price along with price history will be available for both buyers and sellers. If a buyer makes a bid that matches an asking price, we charge the buyer, payout the seller, and ship the piece to the buyer. The facilitation, shipping, and market price are going to be game changers but we don't plan on stopping there.

We want to bring cannabis into the 21st century. Why aren't people looking at Bongs as alternative investments yet when Illadelph has shown a Rolex like appreciation over time? There are no investor tools, we are working tirelessly on changing that. We believe this will cast a bright light on on the industry and community as a whole. This will also be good for any collector or trader, as the value of each piece will take an insane jump.

There is a lot we are also keeping a secret right now. We want to build a community early so they can have an impact before we launch. Instead of building in public, we are building with the community. At the end of the day our users are our most important thing, and want all of your input. Yes this is my point. Can't guarantee the products being fully clean or cleaned at all beforehand when they're shipping a used piece.

Which is why we are fully protecting the buyer in the off chance the seller does not clean the piece before shipping. Luckily, most people in the glass secondary market are aware of this but again, buyer will be protected.

Anything that happens before the piece is in our possession is not on us, it’s on the seller. If it gets taken because it wasn’t cleaned originally, as always, the buyer will be refunded and the seller takes the loss essentially
