Thanks! I love it, others were making it sound like Trader Joe’s tote bag levels of thickness but it’s definitely lighter than that which I’m very glad about. Although I pulled on the string at the back of the hood too hard and it snapped so I gotta find a way to fix that 😅

I’m a sucker for juxtaposition so the preppy plaid mixed with the outdoors/military-esque silhouette hits just right for me

in retrospect i think it's the fact that I sized up that gives it the really heavy feeling

a the new fruits and veggie shirts are really cute would love to know how they achieved the airbrush effect (can you do that with natural dye? @saeed)

ROOTS is the kind of quiet craft we love - the kind which is almost at odds with itself. It looks so simple but is in fact extremely complicated. These garmets are stripped of almost everything but fabric and dye. The only embellishment is a small but perfect hand embroidered cross-stitch that reads ‘Story mfg.” on the shirt pockets.
