the best e-bike currently on the market, pedal assist and fully automatic with like 100 mile range on one charge. i don't know much about them but i test rode one for fun and it is such a smooth ride

These are absolutely not the best e-bikes. They’re not even good by any measure. The only thing they’re good at is branding. They're made for people that treat bicycles like fashion accessoires. The actual build quality of them is beyond garbage.

These are known to have awful quality control. They break multiple times a year and I’m not talking about flat tires. I’m talking s*** like the breaks are not working, battery’s busted, parts falling of, alarm going crazy and beeping all the time. Even worse is that you can’t repair them yourself and have to take them to their own repair points, which are always fully booked cause their bikes are built like s***, so you have to wait 3+ weeks for it to get fixed. Not to mention them only having like 2 repair points, so if they’re not in your city you gotta drive up to their bicycle shop by car. You can’t even fix a flat tire yourself, cause you need to have their special tools just to get the tire to come off.

Don’t even get me started on the type of people that ride these, they tend to be insufferable.
