Dude probably blew the advance and refused to drop once he read he wouldn’t make any bread from the label. Idk, he could have still dropped the required amount of albums in this now 4-year period and could have gotten a big boy deal or gone all the way independent. He’s missed out on A LOT of money already just sitting on the sides
