I don’t care if I’m right in this case at all . I’m saying in my opinion that isn’t what rashid being announced for later in the summer means or how it works based on what I’ve seen . I could easily be wrong and Capcom dealt with the controversy a decade ago for the same thing . I’m saying rashid likely a character that needed more polish than those shipping with the game also game not going to do an uneven number of fighters . It’s not going to randomly ship with 19 characters and 1 of the characters not be as feature complete as others . In the months til rashid release that is qa time to polish him often .
