That's the one thing that's got me wondering. I've seen Kendrick leaks sit on YT for several months untouched. Even Vent w/ Baby Keem sat on YouTube for like a year and ONLY started getting sniped by DMCA near The Melodic Blue's release, when it ended up being on the album.

seems like he was going for something more understated and bar heavy, which i definitely would have f***ed with but i think would have disappointed a lot of people. hopefully whatever the album is now will strike a better balance.

you would probably like the other leaks then if you havent heard them.
i think theyre skeleton tracks to test stuff in sessions n then maybe build upon or take things from if he wants too later, but its not serious overall.
a lot of the 2019 leaks were similar too.
