S*** is forreal crazy. My dad is PR and he would tell me his siblings and mom would tease him and call him “blackie” meanwhile I saw a picture of my great grandparents and they’re clearly of some African heritage and I’m just like wtf
also had some family that would treat me slightly different because my mom was black too im like yall tap dancing for these white people when they just gonna call you all a beaner at the end of the day it’s never made sense you going to degrade your fellow minorities
Colonialism has done a lot of damage to how PR/Latin American/Latin Caribbean folks view african heritage & even slightly darker shades
I can't fault them for it entirely, the wounds of oppression are long lasting
I'm trying to weigh which is worse between that & Cubans/Cuban Americans who hate Cuba/Cuban revolutionaries, probably the self hating Cubans

as someone of afro cuban heritage imagine having the worst of both worlds
I just know she got that Hank Hill build
B**** built like the great wall of china
Not buying this looks like two different people. If she actually lost her job that’s a W tho
I'm assuming the video was from a few years ago, before she was a cop? But then did someone hold onto this video for so long and waited until they could expose her ass
Crazy if she recorded and posted it as a police officer
EDIT: Oh nah, she was talking about arresting a black guy
Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but this b**** is just dumb

Broke my heart to start a new job with a chilled white guy who had similar interests, we achieved something great at work and while he was amped he was like "Let's go nigga!
"
He asked how I felt about it and we agreed to not say it at work after that but he let it slip a few more times. I just knew him and his white friends say it with comfort around each other

I'm in Africa and I feel like that's America's word, the rest of us just follow because America is the cultural influencer of the world. So I don't fully get the whole "Mexicans/Latinas can say it, they're part of the culture" concept but I will say that it never sounds quite right when they say it
Video in OP a good example, the hard R just rolling off her tongue naturally
Holy s***
I felt myself actually cringe and have a disappointed look on my face when I heard him say it. Like "I thought you weren't like this bruh
". That's probably why he asked how I felt about him saying it
Also a very awkward situation. I started there 2 weeks before him, it was his first day but I felt like our main director (also white) already liked him more than me. I was not about to explain to my 4 white Afrikaner managers why him saying that word is offensive and he shouldn't be allowed to say it but I can
Thankfully I'm not working there anymore
