    Weird how it didn’t have this effect on women

    It’s important to note that this is an extremely small sample size (21 ppl total) and that people mostly listened to instrumental, relaxing music

    I’d like to see what the effects are for ppl that listen to motivating music while they work out and stuff

    but, knowing this, Listening to music while doing work (like studying or office work) may actually be counterintuitive
