  • Jul 18, 2022

Yes because they're parents or whoever brought them there paid money to give their kids a memorable experience

Disabling Twitter embeds was the right move, we just didn't realize it.

Be one thing if he didn't see them, but as a mascot who's job is to cheer kids day up and do goofy s***, waving them off just some a****** s***

Note: this post was made when only the video in OP was posted, not all the other ones that got found after

    ——————

at face value it does seems messed up but there could be more to it…

this video is 3 seconds long how do we know the person wasn’t joking around and came right back to high five them?

or how do we know someone in the background wasn’t heckling them and that’s why they shook their hands and walked away to avoid confrontation?

this is why social media can be harmful no one thinks and just takes everyone/everything at face value

    —————

EDIT: the company said (tweet below) the person was waving off someone in the background who asked them to pick up their kid.

so the performer probably walked away quickly after that because they felt awkward by the interaction and missed the children by mistake (unfortunately)

People who complain about twitter are just as whiny as the people who complain on twitter but about a much a smaller issue

  • Jul 18, 2022

damn shame! sorry kids, im sure the family was then comped and maybe even be given a much more grand experience next time at the park... kinda get users who was complaining about threads basically being just twitter replies at this point though
