there’s nothing wrong w it. ppl just pick and choose which posters to say “found on grailed” and other fluff words too.

I agree I dont think theres anything wrong with staying in your lane if it works for you and not really playing with proportions and other aspects. I find myself not really trying anything particularly interesting nowadays and falling into a bit of a uniform
But I do think really great fashion (in terms of outfits) comes from pushing the boat out and seeing something that really makes you go ‘wow ive not seen anything like that before I love it’ and the nature of this competition means that if you push the boat out and it hits youre gonna go further cos it will get you more votes
I also think that taking BMO in the last round as an example, he nailed those fits and he can clearly do those sort of fits in his sleep but then now theres something in my head that goes ‘I wonder how he can go to that next level’ and thats naturally what I want to see. But its not a bad thing if he doesnt, I just think its human nature to sort of want more and see growth

Very true. I love seeing more eclectic fits too cause that’s where the real inspo comes from for me. But yeah I’ve been pretty uniform myself, especially as I’m trying to build a really long lasting wardrobe and buying stuff that fits in nicely.

I think Chase doesn’t really fit into the dressing uniform category. His fits are super unique and maybe people on here are just used to him killing it everytime. One of the best posters on this site.
