Need some feedback on this - right now there's five out of the sixteen matches that can't be held

Two people got back to me with some serious causes of delay and I'm hopeful that one of those people will be able to get their fits in soon so it'll be closer to four matches that are limbo

It's easy enough to rearrange one, maybe two matches in the first round because it'll take 16 days but rearranging around four might be too much esp considering that the length of time between rounds was a big complaint last year and something that people seemed to really get behind was reducing the number of fits so that there would be no break between rounds one and two and shorter breaks between later rounds

Would people prefer another week long delay to get us closer to a more manageable one or two matches to be rearranged (hopefully none) or getting it started today and seeing where it goes from here (could potentially lead to requiring a break btwn rounds one and two and other delays that will hit harder than delays that come before getting anything started)?

ya i think it definitely is a logistical headache but

at least the left side is almost set so we can just go thru all those matches at the very least
that feels like that would be the planned order anyway and that wld be a few weeks right there of buffer right
