It’s $192 per share. I don’t believe they mention exactly how many shares there are/the total value of the deal, but it’s safe to assume that even a $5 increase means a lot of money going to people like the kids, Karl, and Frank, as they most likely have millions of shares.

Now that you point this out I think the show ends with Roman dying and Kendall beating out Shiv for the succession in an extremely tragic way where he ultimately loses even though he has the thing he wanted the entire show
