You guys were rooting for people though. I wasn't. So the title of the show, the question of successor, was moot. They never filled that void with anything

This played out beautifully.
Roman was always a weak snivelling b**** and Shiv couldn't let go of her jealousy and resentment even with Kendall pleading and desperate at her mercy. Just fantastic television.
