Greg getting a much needed b**** slap was the most satisfying moment of the finale.
Kendall really deserved that. That’s such a twisted ending.
Seriously. He needed a f***ing dose of reality. He almost f***ed everything up with his ditzy behavior. He’s such a child
Greg with way more drip?
Obviously he is more competent as well, but him being just as slippery as Greg is what I'm getting at
Who else also felt the same disgust as Tom when Mattson said he wanted to f*** shiv
Okay what would be your ideal Succession spin off series???
Matson running Waystar would be fire
I don’t think any of the three wanted to see anyone else in that seat besides them. But certainly not Kendall.
Logan was spiteful and didn’t wanna see his kids succeed it’s only right none of his kids wanted the other to succeed either
i think season 2 might be peak succession, but this last season was just executed so perfectly.
I'm trying to understand why Shiv changed her mind in the first place. I think both Roman and Shive he didn't want Ken to be in the seat because it would make them look weak. The difference is Roman doesn't really have much confidence in himself so he could stomach seeking Kendall in the seat while Shiv overrates herself and her ego couldn't take Kendall being the boss .
It was a combination of finding out Tom was chosen, being the swing vote, Ken’s attitude (him placing his feet on their father’s desk, his treatment of Stewy, the way he opened the meeting) and of course his tantrum that reinforced Shiv’s feelings of not being able to stand him.
What’s y’all’s #1 moments overall? For me nothing is topping that S3 final scene. Brian Cox was on some hall of fame s*** in that scene and actually shook me
I’m surprised people hate it tbh
I think people wanted a more sopranos or breaking bad type ending but what we got was a mad men type ending.
I'd rather have a quiet finale that sticks the landing than a huge moment
This s*** got me f***ed up bro, I didn’t want to start my week this way
I have a bad emotional hangover from last night
Seriously. He needed a f***ing dose of reality. He almost f***ed everything up with his ditzy behavior. He’s such a child
Greg is a high class escort, what y'all expect
Who else also felt the same disgust as Tom when Mattson said he wanted to f*** shiv
mattson was testing how much a pain sponge tom was
but also kinda made my skin crawl the way tom just rolls with it. been his play the whole show but there just felt so slimy
I saw someone quote tweet this scene once with the caption “I thought this was a show about business” and thought that was hilarious
Seeing Kendall lose it was very satisfying for me. He can be so calm and collected in a crisis to the point you would think he's delusional
Who else also felt the same disgust as Tom when Mattson said he wanted to f*** shiv
I laughed my ass off, I couldn't believe what I was hearing
I saw someone quote tweet this scene once with the caption “I thought this was a show about business” and thought that was hilarious
All the capitalist watching the show took. A major L last night. Show ain't about business or money at all
I just remembered back in season 1 Kendall lost the board vote because Roman voted against him and this season it was Shiv
i think season 2 might be peak succession, but this last season was just executed so perfectly.
Plot wise season 2 is my least favorite season but it’s also the season where I fell in love with the show because of the immaculate world building.
This show man…we’ll never see anything like it again. The finales have all been so beautifully tragic
They’ve earned the Shakespearean comparisons
Shiv really told this nigga Tom “will suck the biggest d*** in the room” might be her coldest insult to Tom and that’s the guy she goes home with
