In the post episode thing they said they filmed that entire 27-min sequence in one take. Had to hide film on the set to reload the cameras as they filmed, crazy.

Apr 10, 2023The way they don’t know show any sort of emotion throughout the show was amazingly acted. Like them not knowing how to physically console each other or what to say like man they’re somewhat robotic. Like even when Roman was like trying to talk to jeri too and got nothing.

Idk seems weird to me cause while they were all talking to each other there were cuts to change camera angles all the time….. I don’t really buy the “one take”

ah s*** i wish they kept some of that intact rather than cutting to different takes, different angles and different coverage. you could tell they'd cut to a really cool looking steady cam shot and i was like
stay with this s***, this is it
and then they'd cut away. episode CLEARLY didn't need it and will go down in succession history but it still sucks they went through that effort and didn't end up using it

They had 3 cameras that they kept rolling and restocking film in. Not one take on one camera but one take of the entire 27 min scene with 3 different cameras.
