It was like a biblical scene brought to life

Yeah i know it was technically unfinished and the working conditions sucked by the word of the animators but the scene fights was still amazing even regardless of all that (which does make me wonder what it would be like tho if the vision was fully realized to their liking)

It was even way more fleshed out than the manga and i actually think some of the more abstract bits they used as a "coverup/compromise" actually WORKED IN ITS FAVOR

The abstractness of some of the scenes added to the "divine" and "not comprehendable-ness" of it and made feel literally mytholgical - AND YOU STILL got a lot of straight up straight on looks at it too as well - again mainly talking about Maharoga although Gojo was more straight forward and great in that terms - the Maharoga s*** tho was "ART" & waaay more expanded on it than the manga presented

Has to be one of the best fights in battle anime history
i legit havent felt this "aweinspired", blown away, and hyped & scatterbrained since Naruto vs Pain

The Gojo fight as JUST the buildup even as amazing as it is was JUST the appetizer, same as pain wiping the village as the build up and added even MORE depth to it - and i dont think i felt that way prior to NS & JJK outside of Goku vs Frieza and Yusuke vs Sensui and Togoru as teen and kid - Naruto vs Pain as a teen and the other two as a kid

And again, the more stylized and abstract moment of naruto vs pain ADDED to the intensity, sheer power, weirdness, otherly wordly-ness & scope of it all - limitation does truly make the best art

My brain was on the floor the at the end of that battle in jjk - perhaps the most ever regarding fights in Anime

this is true but hopefully its taken with care (and hopefully the team gets their demands/complaints meant so they can do what they truly want) - i would love more stylized s*** in the fights too like with this along with the straight up action

one of the best things born out of limitation in the messed up situation

i havent kept up with one punch in a long time even in manga, is it finally resuming in animation again?

the manga is way more limited in the fight and quicker

the only thing the manga has on the anime is that there is more gore of the bystanders

but i way rather take the actual fight getting more scene/moments than the background additions

they still a decent job with showing the casualty of the environment tho in the anime but yeah thats the only thing drawn back on - not a big deal tho imo
