Idk if a black boy has more chances of being harassed by a cop or a black girl being catcalled or vice versa. I think that doing that isn't a good way of dealing with these issues, so I never researched it

I’m witnessing it happen all around in reality, or maybe it’s just the city I grew up in.. but it’s happening. The suburb (young blacks) are mostly in interracial relationships including the women
It’s rare to see a younger black couple unless you go to the hood..and once those black couples have kids the dad goes ghost or gets caught up in the life and end up dead or in jail it’s a never ending cycle tbh

Fair points, but I would argue that police brutality is more of a Black issue than a "Black male" issue. Black men experience it at higher rates but men in general face it at higher rates. When compared to women, Black & Indigenous women are targeted at higher rates
This isn't meant to downplay violence against Black men and perhaps my "more life-and-death" comment was a bit inaacurate
But the point that I was trying to make was that not speaking up against issues specific toward Black women while getting personally offended by a comment by Summer Walker of all people just shows the negative bias that some (not all) of the people itt have against Black women

Black women and men have the lowest marriage rate out of any race to begin with, yet the highest increase in interracial marriages
And this study is from 5 years ago, it has increased since then.
Birth rates have lowered in every race, but since whites are the majority their genetics have the power to last.

Mind you I said “younger couples” meaning under 25. There are plenty of older black couples who have been married for 20+ years.
