It was solid but I didn’t leave feeling anything in particular although it was fun watch

I think it does what it sets out to do very well but it did miss the mark abit to be something more

I get why the love is so high for it tho & it’s nice to see a movie that isn’t scared to be positive in todays world

I promise you I had the same exact attitude before I watched the movie.

It was really good and if you open your mind its just a fun superman movie..

And you dont have to watch them all, im not going to see fantastic 4.

I just think its much different tonally. DC movies have been grounded and brooding so to switch it up completely can be jarring. I personally enjoyed it alot.

Why superman weak af

I like you standing on business on people acting like this movie is anything groundbreaking

Thought it was a solid change from recent Superman-like characters being invincible and gives him an interesting set of challenges

He's still the strongest hero in the universe but not the god other stories pin him as sometimes. He can uniquely handle Metropolis' problems but has to pick his battles and can't fly to every crisis

This Superman doesn't really have the bandwidth to overstep other heroes boundaries like Gotham, Central City or Green Lantern matters which gives them the space they need.

I will reiterate and say that I think the movie was solid

But did anyone else find it weird or slightly disappointing that Luther got foiled so easily?

Like all it took was for the small robots around Ultraman to be destroyed for him to become useless?

He did think Superman was stupid. I guess he imagined that he wouldn’t figure out that those were eyes in the battle.

I like this movie but it doesn't feel like anything major.

Supergirl was probably the only "oh s*** okay" moment for me.

Superman flying through Luthorcorp - Krypto smacking down Lex was for sure lifted from this

decent movie but its so forgettable, such a missed opportunity when you have a great superhero like Superman
