    if the SC is gonna just say that everything the government does is a violation of power and authority can they at least abolish homeland security, the FBI, and the IRS i'll call it even then

    While I agree that it’s likely, OPs thread title is extremely misleading. It’s suggesting that there is new information or a leak to suggest that they’re blocking it. Instead this article is just predictions from legal experts.

    yeah there's no way any of that would happen i remember during the 2012-2016 periods abolishing the IRS was in actual GOP discourse as well (was a major part of Ted Cruz's 2016 platform before he got obliterated by Trump) but it clearly never would have actually happened regardless.
