The report in OP is based off of a draft, so it isn’t official yet. But by the time the final ruling takes place, it’s unlikely that they will change their mind. In the draft that we have, they roast the original ruling (as in, they say the original ruling was completely wrong and stupid basically).

That’s a quote from the ruling. Idk how initial rulings change over time since this is the first major leak from the Supreme Court but he seems confident this is the final ruling and that they will have at least 5 votes. The only Justice up in the air right now is Chief Justice Roberts who is a GOP appointee and his opinion might not even matter since there is already a clear majority

On the real though, hope people learn to grow the f*** up. And that the way to send a message is to vote hard af (primary, local, or national) - progressive if available of course, but if not choose what’s realistic and in your best interest. And on the presidential level, voting 3rd party is a vote for a conservative Supreme Court. Because that’s what voting for President is: voting for the Supreme Court.
