I like the idea of every neighborhood, in every city, having an advanced-armed neighborhood watch funded by the state, then you realize you can't trust people, and that opens up the idea of segregation between neighborhoods and people not liking their appointed neighborhood cops, favotism etc.

I don't expect Kamala to make change with the Police situation, I expect Trump to bring the white supremacy of Policing into its final form, where no minority is safe/walking on egg shells by just living. It's harder to correct an on-going problem, if there's a candidate willing to make the problem way worse.
