He smelled the crispy, nutty scent of the oven waft over him as he slid into its waiting darkness.

His last sensation was pure pain as his peanut flesh crisped instantly - a teaser of the eternal suffering that awaited him.

And after his lifeless peanut corpse was deliciously salted, cooled, bagged, and shipped to a distributor, it's entirely possible that you could have purchased his bagged remains, and that you, theoretically, could have have taken his stiff corpse from that bag and enjoyed its delicious salty peanut flavor.
